What exactly is Lucid Engine?
Lucid Engine is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform. We analyze how AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI) perceive your business and recommend your services or products, then generate a prioritized action plan to improve your AI visibility.
What's the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO optimizes for traditional search engine results (10 blue links). GEO optimizes for AI generative answers: conversational recommendations, automated comparisons, direct citations. AI doesn't list links, it recommends directly.
Which AI engines do you analyze?
We analyze ChatGPT (OpenAI), Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and Bing Copilot. Each engine has its own way of recommending, and we show you your visibility on each one.
What is the AI Visibility Score?
The score (0-100) measures the likelihood that your business will be cited/recommended by AI. It analyzes: structured data quality (schema.org), information consistency, business attribute richness, and presence in trusted sources.
What do P0, P1, P2 mean in the action backlog?
P0 = critical, high impact, fix immediately. P1 = important, significant impact, address this week. P2 = continuous improvement, plan ahead. This prioritization helps you focus efforts where impact is greatest.

What data do you analyze?
We analyze only public data from your website: content pages, schema.org, meta tags, and visible information. We do not access any internal, transactional, or confidential data.
Which platforms are you compatible with?
We support Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and any accessible website. Integration with Jira, Linear, and Slack is available to sync your action backlog.
How long does the initial audit take?
The initial audit takes a few minutes for a standard website. You immediately get your AI Visibility Score, detailed diagnostics, and prioritized action backlog.
What is Share of Model tracking?
Share of Model measures your share of AI recommendations compared to competitors. You see how often you're recommended vs your main competitors, by engine and by market.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use TLS encryption for all communications. Your data is stored on GDPR-compliant European servers. We do not share any data with third parties.
What exactly do you store?
We store: public metadata from your site, analysis results (scores, root causes), and generated recommendations. We do not store customer data, transactional data, or access credentials.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Absolutely. In accordance with GDPR, you can request complete deletion of your data at any time. Deletion is completed within 48 hours with email confirmation.

No commitment required. You can cancel anytime. We offer monthly and annual plans, with no long-term contract.

Plans vary by number of pages analyzed, scan frequency (weekly vs daily), and access to advanced features like continuous monitoring, Jira/Linear integrations, and priority support.
